Our bespoke illustrated prints are produced at standard frame sizes and there are some very good off-the-shelf frames available online from the following outlets.

United Kingdom (UK) Delivery

All of our Prints are sent via Royal Mail and we please ask our customers to allow 2-3 days order processing before your item is shipped. 

Tracked delivery for all UK purchases is charged at £4.20 

Our shipping includes the relevant level of insurance.

International Delivery

We are currently only able to accept orders and arrange delivery for United Kingdom. We hope to have this resolved imminently.

Lost Parcels

If the goods you have purchased does not arrive within 7 working days from date of transaction, please contact us at so we can investigate.

Tour Digital Limited cannot be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing due to the postal address having been entered incorrectly by the customer or if missing information vital to safe delivery of the parcel. 

Any parcels that are returned to us via Royal Mail that have been marked as unclaimed or not called for by the recipient will be required to pay additional postage costs before we are able to release and resend the goods.

All risk of loss is passed onto the recipient once the goods have been delivered by Royal Mail.

You have a maximum of 28 days to report any missing goods, after which point, we are unable to offer a refund or replace the missing goods.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 28 calendar days to return your goods from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your goods must also be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with your order number before returning any goods at returns@45original.comand we will ensure your return is dealt with correctly and efficiently.


Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the goods. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If you have chosen the wrong size or want to exchange your goods, please email us at before posting your return.

All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return goods (we do advise tracked shipping, but it is not compulsory). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
